This #10 self-piercing screw is perfect for applications that require fastening layers of sheet metal. Like most self-piercing screws, this model has a twin lead thread. Both threads engage with the metal when the screw turns. Each screw has a sharp point for easier piercing.
On the other end, this screw has a 1/4-inch tall slotted hex washer head. Its carbon steel core gives the screw its strength, which makes it a durable fastener. The screw has mild corrosion resistance from its zinc plating.
